You can get a killer day of training in WITHOUT any of these things: → Changing your outfit. → Warming up. → Going to the gym. → Breaking a sweat. → Adjusting your schedule by more than 3 minutes. The workout pictured below took me 11.5 hours to complete ... ... but it was spread out in 6 sets of work over the course of the whole day ... ... with each set taking maybe 3 minutes. While I do have the convenience of a garage gym, you don't need a garage gym to follow the same method. All you need is a little knowledge and planning. Questions?
