One of the reasons why is: Caloric DensitySome foods have more or less calories by weight compared to other foods. You can use this knowledge to your advantage. In part, it’s common knowledge. Some foods ‘feel heavy or light’. If you’re eating higher density foods too often, this may be keeping your average caloric intake too high. I explain this a bit more in this 3:34 video. The bottom line? For most people, a bit more variety is best.I don’t want you to obsess about how many calories are in each food. I do want you to be aware of 2-3 foods that you don’t eat, but might light to try more often, and take it from there. If you want to see the Google Sheet of The 100 Most Commonly Eaten Foods Sorted By Caloric Density just reply or comment below, and I’ll send you the link.
