Earlier this morning I cooked &/or prepped what will become at least 12 different meals, all before 8 AM, in a very short time. What I cooked, which I will share below, isn’t as important as how I did it … … because no matter what you cook, if you apply the same principles of efficiency, you can output as much food in the same amount of time. Here’s what I cooked & prepped:
From that slow cooker pot we will have multiple variations of dinner and lunch for several days, maybe adding a little rice or making a sandwich for school. From the salad prep we will also be able to make several additional meals with the leftover chopped vegetables and chicken. ALL of that was done including the dishes in under 90 minutes. How?
