We have more information about health than ever before, by far. And we are sicker than ever before, by far. Clearly, having more information about health does not lead to more health. What if you could be healthier by having less information about health? You can. Here’s how: To ‘have’ less information, for you, means to filter out the noise. 90% of the health information out there … you don’t need it. If you just take action on the 10% of the information that is of the highest quality and pertinence to you (the signal) then you will be much healthier. After you do that consistently for a few months, we can talk about the next 10% of information that’s available, and what might be extra helpful as a next step.
