I take helping you with your health & fitness very seriously (it is the quality of your life that’s at stake) yet at the same time, that doesn’t mean it has to be boring. In fact, quite the opposite - it should be fun. If you’re not having any fun at all cooking, exercising, meditating, or whatever it is that you’ve been trying, not only is it not likely to stick, but … what’s the point?
