Do you ever worry about not having food? It sounds weird, right? I think about not having food all the time. This is silly because I always have food. But this thinking helps me a lot. Thinking about not having food means I always have it. It's like a superpower! How does it work? If I leave my house, I plan my food. If food is low at home, I get more. I am always ready. Why do I do this? Am I scared to eat out? No, not really. I can find food almost anywhere. It's a good feeling. My body has been in balance for years, and I want to keep it that way.
