In coaching it’s rarely ‘the big things’ that help people change. It’s not the 1-hour workshop on macro & micronutrients or the 17 page PDF on portion control. Usually what helps people change is something very small, often unexpected, little thing that I say ‘in passing’ that strikes a chord.. It resonates, sticks, and they apply it in their life. The thing is that I never know exactly how or when that will hit home.
