When I started cooking I was terrible. I didn’t know the basics. I burned things. I threw out entire dishes. I followed recipes. Today, things are much different. I don’t need recipes. I understand cooking basics. Most meals are good, some are really good. A few don’t come out great. But most importantly … I cook healthy food for my whole family; To each person’s liking; In a short time, with not much effort. This is the way to good health.
