The more you cook, the less you have to think about ingredient labels. The point is, don’t ‘major in the minors’. Focus on cooking 70%, 80%, or even 90% of your food … … and then, if you want to eat something outside of that that contains 1% of a questionable ingredient … … you can. Thanks for reading!
