Your nutrition has powerful physical and mental effects. If it’s full of junk, that’s how you’re going to look and feel. When it’s full of foods with positive energy, the same is true.
Inclusion, or, the power of adding in more wholesome foods, ‘crowds out’ the desire to eat less desirable foods. When 80% or more of your diet is filling and nutritious, you won’t have room for much more, and your cravings will subside.
It’s very difficult to be lean and fit if you’re eating late at night and/or not getting enough sleep, and those two things often go hand in hand.
