About a year after my daughter was born our family moved out of our small city apartment and into a home in the suburbs. This added 2+ hours to my daily commute. I did not let that stop me from continuing to workout. I built a gym in my garage to remove the need to go to an outside gym. You don’t need to do that, however. In fact, you don’t need any equipment at all. If you do want some, you can get very strong with very little equipment, as little as one kettlebell. So, it’s not about whether or not you have a garage gym or a long commute. It’s about what you choose to do with what you have available. Men’s Group • LinkedIn • Instagram • X |
