It has been said on social media that you shouldn’t eat a large breakfast, and certainly not one containing lots of potatoes, if you want to be fit, muscular, and lean. At 9:17 AM yesterday I chuckled at this while eating 4 eggs, 1 onion, 1 pepper, and about 1/2 or 3/4 of a pound of roasted potatoes.
