The other night I stayed up late watching TV. I paid the price for it the following day with discipline. Discipline means ‘doing the work even when you don’t feel like it’. Even when motivation is low. Motivation will not always be high. You won’t always feel like doing the work. Motivation is great. From New Year’s Resolutions, inspiring speeches, videos, books, people you saw on the street - wherever. But it won’t always be around. When it wanes, rely on Discipline.
