Yesterday I worked out Quietly, Quickly, and with Quality. Quietly because it was in my garage gym at 6 AM before anyone else was awake. This meant no dropping weights, gently racking the barbell into the rack after squatting, etc. Quickly because I only had about half an hour to complete a typical 45-minute workout. This meant moving from one set to the next with zero or very little rest. With Quality because even though I was moving quietly and quickly, I still wanted the session to be challenging and maintain good form. This meant focusing on the details of full range of motion, posture, and using weights in the 70-80% range. In 28 minutes I crushed all of the above. Men’s Group • LinkedIn • Instagram • X |
