Here are 3 simple, tactical things you can do to eat more - and lose extra body fat. (1) Plan & Prepare BetterPlan out your food shopping, the way you rotate things from frozen > fridge > fresh, batch cook, have quick-cook and grab-&-go options available … … when you have healthy food available, you will eat it. When you don’t, you can’t. (2) Move As Often As PossibleNot just ‘going to the gym’. Yes, that’s included, but also, as many other ways as possible: walk during meetings, get outside, play sports, do 5 or 10 minute workouts, stretch while watching TV … … take every possible opportunity to move your body. (3) Eat ‘Strong’ FoodMeaning, eat food that makes you strong & healthy, at least 80% of the time, such as high quality protein, carbohydrate, & fats, including lots of fruits & vegetables … … I’ve shared lists and templates for all of these things before.
