At least half of the guys I speak with tell me that they are “trying to eat healthy.” This mean that they’re not. Not that they’re not trying, but that they’re not actually doing it (eating healthy). So, whatever they’re trying isn’t working, or isn’t sticking. If you are ‘trying to eat healthy’ but still stuck at 25%, 30%, or 35%+ body fat, it’s time to try something different.
