I was looking over some old client notes this week. I found one common thread that ties all of them. One thing that is consistently true for all of the men and women, 1:1 clients and groups I’ve coached. There is a HUGE variety of demo & psychographics among them. Many different kinds of life challenges, issues, and struggles, big and small. But no matter what, the ones who stuck with the program found success. And the ones who bailed or ghosted, didn’t.
