Most of us don’t breathe correctly. We hold our bellies too tight. We breathe shallow, on both the inhale and exhale. We pay little to zero attention to our breath all day long. This leads to a wide range of negative effects on our physical, mental, & emotional health. HERE’S THE CHALLENGE: For at least 2 full minutes per day, every day this April, take long, slow, full deep breaths as follows:
