Men: your family is DEPENDING ON YOU to build muscle.

Not to look great at the beach. (Although that's a nice bonus.)

To be here for them for as long as you can be.

To be physically able to participate in life in EVERY decade.

It doesn't matter where you are right now.

Even if you cannot do one push-up, yet, you CAN get MUCH stronger.

Even in your 40s and 50s.

This is part of your job as a Father.
