If I wanted to lose 10 lbs by Memorial Day, here's exactly what I would do:
First, I would NOT these things which both my clients and I have tried over the years:
• Eliminating entire groups of foods (carbs, gluten, grains, vegetables, etc.)
• Starvation diets (1,500, 1,000, or even 500 calories per day)
• Completely imbalanced & risky diets (such as 80% high fat)
In many of those cases, people stuck with those plans for 1, 2, or 3 months ...
... only to end up sliding back into the same behaviors and body they had before, or worse ...
... regaining more fat than before, ending up with less willpower and self-belief.
There's another way. A way that:
➔ Doesn't cut out large groups of foods.
➔ Allows you to eat whatever you want.
➔ Fits into your busy work & social life.
How?
After a decade of coaching I've learned that there are just a few minimum standards to follow that work best.
