It's not your meetings that are making your body stiff. It's you holding onto the idea that you have to sit in a chair. You can take meetings or work at a computer from many different positions. It's very simple: The more positions you get into today, the more you'll be able to get into tomorrow. Take meetings squatting, standing, walking, on your knees … any way that you can.
