Most people I speak to tell me that they ‘just don’t have time’ to make breakfast in the morning. But I’ve found that even when I’m not working from home, when I slow down enough to make breakfast, or pack myself lunch, or both, that actually speeds things up … By ‘speed things up’ I meaning that I’m much more productive and energetic throughout the day (and the week, and month, etc.) That doesn’t mean it never feels rushed at all while I’m in the kitchen and getting ready to go. But it’s always worth it. You can join my nutrition & fitness Coaching Community here. Connect with me on: LinkedIn | Instagram | YouTube | X |
