The truth about men’s fitness that no one talks about: It’s getting worse. We have more information, apps, diagnostics, gyms, hacks, and healthy food available than ever before, by far … … except the majority men are getting fatter, stiffer, and weaker as they get older. For men in mid-life, continued loss of flexibility and muscle will lead to a poor quality of life in later years. And for young men and children, the problem is worse. I see boys on school sports teams who cannot do one good pushup. That’s a kid who is an athlete … that’s saying nothing of the non-athletes. This is why I will continue to ‘fight the good fight’ to help men get strong and fit until the day I die, which, if you’ve been following me for any length of time, will not be until I am at least 120 - and still able to do at least one good push up.
