It’s the first snowfall of the season here in New York which immediately brings two things to mind for me: (1) It’s absolutely beautiful outside right now. It’s quiet, undisturbed, and pristine. (2) I get an extra workout via shoveling before I workout. Of course, these opportunities for wonder & exercise are present when it’s not snowing as well. Men’s Group • LinkedIn • Instagram • X
