The way you speak matters. Both to others, and to yourself (inside your head). I’ve posted about my ‘curse words’ (words to eliminate from your thought and speech) before. Over the last few weeks, my list has grown. I’ve been writing down more conditional, negative, & weak language to remain on guard for it. I am much more able to either prevent it or catch it quickly to edit it - even if that’s during a live conversation with someone else. It takes practice. This week I’ll share my list with you.
