Some people think that if I eat at a certain restaurant, then it must be good, because I’m a health & nutrition coach. That’s a natural conclusion to draw, but here’s how I look at it: It’s true that you won’t find me eating at a fast food restaurant, but since I cook 95% of my food, I don’t overthink where I go out to eat the other 5% too much. I can find a decent option just about anywhere.
